Teacher and Parent
Scenario:
We have notice that two of my preschool children would always come to class dressed in pajamas or extra clothing under their own clothing me and my staff member find it very difficult to keep helping the children to restroom and to keep taking off the other clothes. Sometime the children would over heat in these clothes. We have had several meeting with their mom telling her not to bring children in pajamas as a daily wear, to wear appropriate clothing and not to put extra clothes under the other clothes it is too much clothing.
How would you handle this situation?

Supervision Assessment
What are your strength that are most helpful to your staff?
- Trustworthiness- Trust is a key value in being a director. Its a vital part of running a business. Trust is the base to everything and without it things woulds be in my opinion chaotic. So in an early childhood program a director should show interest ,compassion and enthusiasm. Show that you are loving caring and interactive. Communicate and assure.
What additional skills would you like to gain?
- The skills I would like to gain would be a better organized person so that I could have every thing at my finger tips. Because sometime things get a little hectic then I tend to get Unorganized, you need to have good organizations skills to do a good as a director.

Core Value
Trustworthiness- Trust is a key value in operating with others especially children. Its a vital part of running a business. If someone cant or feels as if you cant be trusted the entry level of your business/program will not prosper. Trust is the base to everything and without it things woulds be in my opinion chaotic. So in an early childhood program a director should show intrest ,compassion and enthusiasm. Show that you are loving caring and interactive. Communicate and assure.
Confidendce-What do you think of a person with low confidence? Well if someone is not confident with themselves i myself would not be able to put my confidence in their work or operating skills. Confidence is a great thing to have and once you have it no one should have the power to take it away from you. Having confidence ensures a parent/employer that you are able to withstand critisism and work up to your best ability. Showing that you are proud and have high selfesteem in your business and skills is what will draw parents/employers in rather thatn scare them away with out it.
Loyalty-Everyone wants someone they can depend on. Especially when it comes to their children. Showing that you are a loyal fun loving person will encourage parents to leave their children with you. Stand by your work, be there to answer any questions that parents may need to be answered. Show that you have a deep dedication for your work and your parents. Make sure the children and everyone else who enters your facility feel warm and welcomed. Never turn your back on your work or anything that involves it.

Childhood Memory About School before the age of 8
I remember being chased home from school by a 6Th grade girl, I was so scared because she was older than I for some reason she wanted to fight me and I never did anything to her. but of course that's what older children do to younger children try to bully them. I also remember some of the good time like playing double dutch, chines jump rope, rhyme games (she- she), hand ball shooting marble, those games were so fun when you had alot of friends to play them with. OOH don't let me forget about jacks and show and tell day, I couldn't hardly wait for those day and morning breakfast eating coffee cakes in the cafeteria, that was Hmm mmm good!
